WHAT DO YOU MEAN I HAVEN'T MADE A BLOG POST EXCEPT ONE LAST YEAR???

..... WELL!

Deltarune chapters 3 and 4 released!!! It's awesome!!! I've already expressed our thoughts on it elsewhere in different places and can't think of anything that feels new and worthy enough to say!! But I did absolutely adore the new chapters, and it's really exciting to see the game progress more. Also I beat the Knight like A Few Hours Before the Sword-tunnel nerf and I am still so proud of that.

And CHAPTER 5 IS SOMETIME THIS YEAR?????

Been spending a decent amount of time discussing it on the DUMB (Deltarune unofficial mesage boards) which has been a lot of fun! Niche Deltarune forum my beloved <333 You should join me on there! There's usually some sort of funny shenanigans on there :] And the people are really nice :]] Also the emotes are so so good, I keep wanting to use :ralseiHappy:, :SusiePolite:, and :virovirosick: everywhere.

Also figured out that I'm plural :^] A buy-one-get-nine deal. Not particularly decided if we want to keep the website largely as-is in terms of "I/me" (since we Still Use That frequently) or to change it up to "We/Us".... though you might see that around more still with new things regardless! Might also talk more about it at some point, but we're only really "out" to Eve, the DUMB, and tumblr right now. (and here, now, too!) Taking it slow to adjust to... everything.

... not sure this really would affect more than a few things here, either way. This site was made by multiple of us probably, and it'll be maintained by multiple of us. Some more than others, likely, but still. Probably won't say who-does-what unless it's pertinent to them only. It's also like... a really big change that affects absolutely everyting and absolutely nothing at the same time. We've always been like this, so at our core we're basically the same, but also the knowledge of What Is Up kind of also changed and recontextualized everything about us. Both something we want people to know about to explain ourselves, but also we don't necessarily want people's perspective and expectations of us change much since we still Function More Or Less The Same. Plus, we seem to cofront and coconscious a lot with often 2-4 of us at once. So far, our record was 7 at once in the front.... set today Xp. Don't even want to necessarily differentiate the things we do since... so many of us are active at one point it's hard to point to something and say "oh! this alter did this thing!" and we've spent our life all working together to function as the person we are today and probably won't stop doing that, really. Mostly, I think we want to be known on the occasion and business-as-usual the rest of the time.

We also went on a cruise with our friends!!! We managed to squeeze a 5-day cruise in the short time of post-christmas-pre-spring-term. Honestly, when we first were planning it, I wasn't expecting for it to... actually happen, you know? One of those grand plans you think about and it fizzles away with scheduling and monetary issues.

... but it did work!! And we went on it!! And it was pretty fun! I've never went on a cruise before, so we didn't have much of an idea of what to expect, but it was pretty cool! We took a Carnival Cruise, and... well, it was definitely a party boat lmao. Lots of bars and alcohol around, but it also had a lot of family stuff as well. Not... exactly within the target audience as "5 square-ish college students/just-graduates" but I think we had found enough to have fun!

There was a lot of music on the boat, like the Piano bar we went to a few times, Karaoke, and different musicians playing in one of the two big hall-things that would rotate around, all of which were really fun to go to and sing along with!

...gotta say, the food there was overall really good too! There wasn't a lot of things that tasted very bad (do NOT get the tea oh my god it is nasty) and there was really good selection for lunch and dinner, at both the restaurant you can go to or the buffet and restaurants around there! Breakfast was OK. I really appreciated the general freedom of being able to get what foods I wanted at what time I wanted for the most part. ...also unlimited soft serve :]

Also just hanging out on the boat was quite fun! Just finding a cool spot to set up camp for a little bit and hang out was great, especially since a lot of people seemed to go to the stores or hang out mostly on the main decka rea rather than the more tucked-away spots. We ended up getting pretty good solitary spots to hang out at! The little front deck area was surprisingly empty, and became a spot to go to for just chilling and experiencing the boat taking off from ports. And stargazing!

They had pools and such on the ship, even including a waterslide, but... didn't particularly trust these myself, so I never swam in them x] we got water at home!! We live on a peninsula!!! Did end up swimming at the final stop before heading back to port though, so we'd get a little in at least. Though there was no beach there unlike the others, and just a pool unfortunately. Fortunately, didn't seem to get a disease from it as far as we can tell!! XP

Was also a sky-bike rail thing!! We didn't think we'd be able to ride that, fear of heights and anxiety and whatnot, but we did get on it and try it once! We never have to do that again!!! It was pretty cool seeing the whole boat in an aerial view like that, but my god all we could think about was everything that'd happen if it broke down/broke off. A very terrifying fun! That we will not be doing again!!!!

Of course, my favorite part really was just being able to be out of the house for so long hanging out with my friends!!! It didn't even take 15 minutes for us to start to really miss them once we got home. Just being able to see them and hang out so frequently was really awesome! The boat did temporarily turn us into a morning person... even when trying to sleep in we didn't sleep past like 7:30am, and we consistently slept at like 11pm except for a single time to watch the stars and talk. We even got up at 7-something am TODAY!! After going to bed at 2am last night. We've been tired all day today xp and dizzy.... still haven't gotten our land legs back, I think. We didn't get seasick on the boat at all! Disoriented and dizzy occasionally, but otherwise was fine. Despite both parents being easily seasick, the time we've been on (smaller)(more turbulent) boats, we've been fine? I'll take it!!

It was like a taste of being in a sitcom-like/Tomodachi-like housing situation with friends.... oh, what a dream! x3c

... oh yeah, we got classes tomorrow. At this point the classes ended up being just a shmorgasbord of "Shit that sounds interesting enough I guess" in order to hit the full-time class amount rather than just the two needed for my AA credits to be filled for scholarship reasons. Hoping intro to programming will be fun!! Since we have a hard time sitting down and learning programming by ourselves. (How we managed to learn HTML/CSS to make this place by ourselves is.... still a mystery to me, but I'm glad for it.) Also signed up for a psych class even though we have the credits from AP in highschool... hoping we can keep it for "Just For Fun?" since we struggled already to pick classes that won't have us tearing our hair out? Didn't see the email from our advisor until today so we'll go in to ask tomorrow probably....

.... FUCKKKK I think we still gotta take the civics lit test. shittttt. ugh. guess we'll find time for that at Some Point Or Something.

Anyways!! We did get invited to see Iron Lung on the 30th with some friends and friends-of-friends! It's been a while since we've seen a movie proper, and have just been really curious about Iron Lung since. I mean. Markiplier made a whole-ass videogame movie that's showing in theaters. With a world record for amount of blood used apparently?? Horror isn't usually our thing, as we get too psyched out before anything really happens by ourselves, but I think it'll be fine being with people we know and we'll have fun! Haven't played the game ourselves, but know the basic gist of it probably. Idk we played a roblox parody and assume it works more mechanically the same but Scary.

... I remember very little about 2025 as a whole!! It was a pretty bland year I think, even despite the Fucking Everything Happening. Though, there has been a lot of good things, and a lot of shit things that happened. Maybe less "bland" and more "evened out" year.
