A spunky eevee, Teddy loves talking to others and making friends. His polite and friendly attitude can brighten even the worst of days for many, and few leave a conversation with him unhappy. He is oft described by others to be a bit childish and naive, though Teddy says he merely tries to go to life having fun. He's a fast runner, and while he cannot fly, he utilizes his wing for tight turns and balance while sprinting.
