A very stoic and dead-pan eevee, Wilhelmina appears to most as cold-hearted. However, that's far from the truth. She keeps a professional attitude to those she's not very close to, but once she gets close to someone, she'll start being a lot more informal with them, telling jokes, anecdotes about her day, gossip, and such. All with a fixed face and a flat tone, of course. Those who spend a lot of time around her may start to be able to tell her emotions through an ever so slight smile, or a minute lift in her tone.
