A retired famous clothing model and fashion personality, Felicity now runs a clothes store and fashion brand called "Felicity's Fashion City!™" where she designs and sells designer clothes.
While her public image and personality front is that of a cute, sweet, innocent Eevee, in private she loathes working retail and often shit-talks customers behind their back.
While not as rude to people outside of her job, she is still haughty, entitled, and selfish. Though still has her moments of do-good and niceties. She would call a child a brat yet replace their ice cream if they dropped it.

- She retired young from modeling, partially because it stressed her out immensely, partially pushed onto her by the company she worked for as she was terrible to work with.
- She loves designing and creating clothes, but loathes every other step of the process of making it a job.
- She had her fangs (which were previously very pointed) filed down to appear less threatening. It causes her some issues in eating some foods.
